Michael Martinez Jr, has a B.S. in Business Administration and over 14 years of experience in the construction field, he offers a unique and innovative approach to project management and design conceptualization. He has managed such projects as the Brickhouse Bar in Wynwood Miami, The Decenzo Gym in Coconut Creek,  Vital Pharmaceuticals’ production and laboratory design, in Weston Fl. just to name a few. His passion for construction and attention to detail makes him the perfect candidate to lead any project. His loyalty, fortitude and dedication to each project is second to none, in his own words," I approach each project the same way, no matter how big or small, how complex of simple, I give 110% effort and dedication and expect the same from my team, nothing less will do." 

Mr. Ivan Vanegas is our lead designer with  more than 15 years design and construction experience.  He  works hand in hand with you to mold and shape your vision into a full set of project blueprints. He is the coordinator between architect and engineers to direct and convey your vision to all so that the team works efficiently and quickly.
